Hey, just here to give you a few updates about what has been going on inside the doors of Infallibull. Some of you who have been keeping track of all our news posts and developments might remember us mentioning projects and things that we were working on. Well, I am here to tell you that many of those have long been forgotten, or at least perpetually postponed. We were going to film a little while ago, but many of our important actors couldn't make it. When we do film again, be sure to check on the site, because we will be posting pictures from the filming. Any way, the smell of fresh electronics can be intoxicating some times, I only wish I had been there to smell Baraks new PowerMac.
Here at Infallibull we feel it is very important to know what is going on in the world and to take a stand once in a while. Well as part of our new rules and regulations for the lovely year of 2006 our government has put even more restrictions on teens. That's right as of January 1st 2006 You will now have to wait 12 months after you get your license to drive anyone you know, unless all your friends are over 25, funny I thought people over the age of 18 could make decisions for themselves, oh well. Also you won't be able to drive past 11 at night, which isn't good if you normally work past 11 at night. But wait there's more, not only does this new law take effect on the new year, but its retroactive, meaning anyone who got their license in 2005 is subject to these same rules. Isn't it lovely how I have never even received so much as a ticket for driving, and yet after being able to drive my friends around for over four months I suddenly have that privilege restricted. You might ask why, well, there's one big reason. It seems that apparently too many kids under the age of 18 are doing drugs, driving, and then getting into accidents late at night while on those drugs. You see the state of California figures that if you tell people who are drunk and high not to drive after a certain time of night, they have to listen to you, right?
Ok so let me step back and say, I agree that the many teens in this state needs that restriction. There are too many people who should not have the responsibility of driving other people around placed on them. What I cannot understand, is why they would restrict teens who have been doing this for months now. I horribly disagree about the reasons for the introduction of this new law. The types of accidents they are hoping to cut down on by introducing this law are not products of teens driving too late or being distracted, they are outcome of teens drinking or taking drugs. Here is a question: why not try and cut down on drinking and drugs among teens instead of taking away driving privileges? Once again our government has ignored an important problem.
Hey, I would just like to wish Infallibull Member Barak Wouk a happy birthday. Do something Funny! Ok I have to go, everyone wish me luck and the SAT or Destroy The College Board!
